Art of Making Money: 3 Keys to Getting Obsessive to Achieve Greatness

If you’ve ever gotten that big “ah ha” moment, not slept for days and spent every last ounce of time and energy pursuing your “crazy idea”, you may have the first sign of greatness. Every great entrepreneur I have ever known suffers from “obsessive compulsive order”: a condition marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence in one’s chosen field.

I believe that when the brain and body are relaxed, the doors to creativity open. When this happens we are in the zone and we each have the ability to access the essence of what we do best. If allowed this can grown into an obsession. This is our life’s purpose. This is the greatness we each bring to the world.

Everyone has had the experience of being in the “zone” and “on top of their game”. The difference I have noticed between mega successful entrepreneurs and everyone else can be encapsulated in one word: obsession. It is not enough for someone destined for greatness to simply get their feet wet, they have to dive in headfirst and avoid insanity by just a hair.
